Return Policy

At Burn Tha Ice, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased, as all products are custom-made to order.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at returns@burnthaice.com. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged/defective item(s)

Once we review your request, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes:

• We cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
• Damages caused during shipping or due to incorrect customer information at checkout (e.g., wrong address) may require additional review.
